\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0They are designed to be a boot that can be worn on an approach, on a hike, in higher elevations, and in all types of terrain.\u00a0 The Ribelle Tech 2.0’s have Vibram soles that have an aggressive tred on the bottom, and a durable rand around the boot.\u00a0 This helps to protect against abrasions and maintain traction in mud, snow, dirt, or rock.\u00a0\u00a0<\/h5>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0These boots are made to be worn on long distance hikes.\u00a0 As they are very comfortable, and have a PrimaLoft insulation inside.\u00a0 I will say that the insulation is not as heavy as some other Scarpa boots, but it is enough for most uses.\u00a0 The Ribelle Tech 2.0’s are very impressive.\u00a0<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A big part of their comfortable fit is the way that they laced up.\u00a0 It is off center, but the laces help the boot conform to your foot very well.\u00a0 The boots also have a “one piece sock” inside the boot.\u00a0 This sock fit is durable and allows for extra flexibility.\u00a0<\/h5>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0However, I do find it a bit difficult at times to get my feet in and out of these boots.\u00a0 I have to sit down in a chair or something to put them on or take them off.\u00a0 Once they are on, they feel great, but it does take some time to get used to taking them off and on.\u00a0 \u00a0I do feel that it is worth the effort.\u00a0 Maybe it’s just me, as I have never owned other boots like these.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Another nice feature of these boots is the HDry membrane that is very breathable and waterproof. The material seems like it will allow water to soak right in, but that’s not the case at all.\u00a0 I have worn these boots walking through a stream, and not a drop got in to my feet.\u00a0 I also am impressed at their breathability.\u00a0 After a long hike, my feet don’t sweat, or stink, even in warmer weather.\u00a0\u00a0<\/h5>
