Decathlon is a huge company in Europe, that is now growing rapidly in the United States.  They are known for producing a wide range of high quality gear for many different outdoor activities.  Their products are cheaper, due to the fact that they control production and distribution.  There is no middle-man. 

     There products are divided up into “sub-brands”.  All are Decathlon, just categorized differently into brands to organize all their products, and keep everything together for different activities.
